Date: Sunday, April 27, 2025 Event Coordinator: Ray Ziemer Location: Mack Road Landing, Blackwell FP Skill Level: Beginner Category: Day trip Details: Join me for a short trip (4.5 miles) from Mack Rd Canoe Launch at Blackwell Forest Preserve to McDowell Grove Forest Preserve. We'll pass through the heart of Warrenville's historic district and enjoy some green scenery in the springtime woods. No lunch stop, but there's a nice picnic shelter at the take-out and some trails to bike or hike, too. Car shift at 9:30am.
Bring PFD (must wear on river).
