Date(s): Saturday July 16, 2022 Leader: Joan Wincentsen Co-Leader: Location: Tampier Lake Boating Center, W 131st St west of S Wolf Rd, Orland Park, Illinois Skill Level: Beginner Category: Day Paddle trip Details: This is a special invitation to everyone who has joined PSC since our last paddling season in 2021. We will meet at Tampier Lake for a pleasant paddle. We will play water games, practice our paddling technique, get acquainted, eat lunch. You must have your own boat and paddles, and your properly-fitting PFD must be worn at all times on the water. Bring lunch, drinking water, and a change of clothes, which you can leave in your car if you wish. We plan to hit the water about 10:00 AM for about 3 hours of (more or less) organized activity; you can stay as long as you like. Bring a chair for the lunch break.
