New Years Day Paddle - Jan 01, 2022 - CANCELLED

2022 NYD PADDLE IS CANCELLED DUE TO FORECASTED EXTREME WEATHER (WIND/TEMPERATURES) BEFORE/DURING/AFTER THE PADDLE.

Details:  This is the semi, sorta, Annual NYD paddle trip. BUT details can CHANGE depending on weather & ice conditions. 

5 - 6 mile trip,  This trip is rated 'Advanced Beginner' due the the cold air/water temperatures.  Requirements: PFD, Cold Weather Gear, Dry 'Dump' Bag in boat, Ability to control/maneuver your boat under moving water conditions, NO alcohol consumed while on the river, COMMON SENSE
