Kishwaukee River

Details: Meet at the Baumann Park boat launch at 9:30 to unload your boat and gear. Car shuttle promptly at 10:00.  Finish time is estimated at 3:00 but may be sooner or later based on time to car shift, river and wind conditions and other factors.

This stretch of the river 8.5 miles long and is rated as beginner level at normal water levels.

You will need your own boat, paddle and PFD.  Bring a waterproof dump bag with a set of dry clothes (just in case).

Bring a snack/lunch and water as we will take a short break about halfway through the trip.

Wear quick dry/fleece clothing.  

A PFD (lifejacket) must we worn on the trip.

No alcohol is allowed on PSC trips.
